Monday Morning Flash Fiction Challenge, Week 15

Good Morning Blogosphere Buds!

Once again it's Monday morning, I don't remember the weekend, in fact, I don't remember Friday, lol.  I've had the flu for four long days, thought maybe I was one of my favorites subjects.... I'd been zombified!!  Yes, dear readers, I was sure I was one of the walking undead.  It was the weekend from Hell, I got to know Satan personally.  LOL  Now, it appears, I've infected the rest of my family members with the same malady.  And it's Thanksgiving on Thursday this week.... we won't be leaving the house, lol, I won't be sharing this illness with the rest of my family!  The real pisser in the whole equations is I DIDN'T GET TO SEE HARRY POTTER THIS WEEKEND!!!

So, even though I still feel like crap, and really don't feel like leaving the couch... I'm posting our flash fiction challenge.

Blodeuedd sent me some lovely pictures this weekend, I hope you enjoy the one I picked!  B sent me some images by Elena Dudina, she's very talented!  I can't wait to see what this image brings to life.

The rules remain the same, we have a roomy 350 word count (a little more or less is fine), come back Friday and post your response.  Since Thursday's a holiday this week, posting earlier or later will be fine, with you'd still like to participate.  I'll be writing mine soon, and scheduling the post.  I hope by Thursday, I feel human again, I have to cook for my family whether or not I do, and yee ha, Christmas shopping starts Friday, known as Black Friday here in the states.  Boy, I just can't wait to wade into the crowds, have merchandise taken out of my hands, and fight to get to the register.  It's so much fun.

Quick NaNoWriMo update, currently sitting close to 35000 words, close to the target, but still off the mark, slightly.  Hope I have the time and energy to catch up before the 30th!  Didn't write at all after my flash on Friday which was written in a drug induced haze....
